Forest Whitaker has been critisized for his speaking skills as he recieved awards. President sounds like BOO-Boo the fool everytime he opens his mouth. Anybody agree???

And you're better than either one?! I'll say President Bush, I really don't follow Forest Whittaker, and your posturing of the question is pre-disposed to look for a politically motivated answer rather than one of speaking skills anyway.

Forest Whitaker, he took on the role of a diplomat, which I think is easier to listen to than President Bush.
