hi i have met this person and we uster talk alot on msn and he uster ring me quiet regularly but now all of a sudden he is not replying but only rings me really late on weekdays and begs me to ring him but when it comes to weekends i dont hear from him .. ................. even though he's got free text..and calls on weekend

This person is not a friend. Anyone who you constantly have to chase and do all the running with is no true friend. To be honest msn is so impersonal, why not concentrate more on friends you can talk to in your area, people who will be there for you and appreciate the loyalty and honesty you can give them as a true friend.

Maybe something has changed in his life, longer working hours maybe or a new social life, he probably would still love to talk to you but is finding it hard to find time. Also it may be just as time has gone by he doesn't feel the need to ring you and talk to you every day.

I think he is trying to get ur attention at him. I can say that bcoz the same thing I am doing with my frnd and I am doing this bcoz she dsnt pay much attention to me but since I started avoiding her she is giving me attention, she wants to know whats wrong with me n y I am avoiding her msgs n calls.
Well to be honest I really care for her and I am doing this to get her attention at me which I am really getting.. I think he too cares for u and maybe he feels like u dont care for him much n thats y he is doing that. And I think he is enjoying ur attention..
do 1 thing for a week give him full attention, make him feel that ur missing him alot and desperated to talk to him. If he still avoids u next week avoid him totally, dont msg him dnt receive his calls n then he will behind u to know what happened to u all of a sudden.

Sounds like he is tied up with probably a weekend romance and weeknight relationship as well. Move on, and find someone you can BE WITH, not simply text and the like.

sound like he only calls you when he wants a little something. but let him know that you are not that type of girl. but what you could do is inivte him for a night on the town unless you met him on the the internet.
