i'm 5'3-5'4, 14 yrs old, female, 120 lbs and i wear a small/medium shirt and size 7 pants!!! how can i get rid of some of the "junk" in my trunk and i have muscular thighs from track...are my sizes too big?? i know some guys like it that way and are like "hey, more cushion for the pushin" but should i lose weight??

120 is a very healthy weight for your height. It doesn't sound like you need to lose any weight. Maybe work on some squats if you want to lose some of your butt. But it sounds like you are just right!

I don't think you absolutely have to lose weight but that ultimately is up to you. It can never hurt to exercise, but you are not overweight. I'll tell you what though, you certainly have all of the phrases down. However you may want to stay away from the guys who are looking for "more cushion for pushin"!

You sound like you are a good size to me. Don't try to lose weight if you feel healthy. All you can do is eat right and excercise. I don't know why you would think size 7 pants are big, but get it out of your head and like who you are.

cushion for the pushion!! guys piss me off...your young and still growing, don't let what others want influence how you feel about your body ...when your 35 like me...trust me it doesn;t matter...I'm 5'8, been size 7 to 12.. been pretty much size 8-9 for the last 5 years because I'm happy with that junk in the truck as you put it...and my husband loves my love handles...and small breasts...if you love how you look others will too...

You sound like you are a healthy weight, and you say you run Track..be happy with what you have!You are worrying over non-important things. You could be in a wheelchair, or have no "trunk" to have junk in.

and i'm really not fat. if anything, everyone says how skinny i am.

really, you don't need to lose weight, just learn to be happy with your body. learn to love your curves and what not. it will really help you in the long run.
however, it might not hurt to eat healthier foods if you feel really insecure about yourself. of course, that's what they all say XP

My gosh you are so not fat! Your body is still growing. If you want you should try to stop eating junk. Oh and don't lose wait, if your on track your legs get realy tan and nice! And with the exersice you lose calires and stay fit! Don't stress yourself.

i'm 5'3 and i weigh145. size 8. don't worry about it. i were a small/medium shirt too. that's not bad! i have muscles in my thighs from soccer and i hate it but it's healthy. and if guys don't like you the way you are then screw them! they aren't worth your time.

u basically described me too except im 16.. an no i dont think you should lose wieght.. i am muscular all over from cheering an boys like it..i think you need to talk to someone.. but personally i think your the right size for your height anyway!

No, i don't think you need to lose weight, you weigh less than me and are taller than me and i know i've been getting a lot of attention form guys lately.
if guys don't like you because you're a "big girl" than that's their problem, not yours you shouldn't have to change yourself for others.
