Sleeping with your first cousin!!!! I do not know you, nor the full details regarding your religious beliefs and all, so I will not bore you nor attempt to reprimand you with my views on that. Instead, I will just answer your question as asked.
Telling someone that you love them while having S** should not really count. One says all sort of things while in the mood. Access his feelings for you out of the bedroom and draw your own conclusion. Have you ever heard "we don't have to take our cloths off to have a good time". Basically, action proves louder than words. How does he make you feel when you are with him, and most importantly how does he make you feel when you are NOT with him.

I'm going to overlook the fact that you are sleeping with your first cousin and simply state, I think your cousin is using you for sex.
Put an end to this, because if he was really in love with you, he would drop the girlfriend.

I hope you realize that what you are doing is illegal in every state in the union. While some states allow this for second cousins, none of them allow it for first cousins. You need to stop this, NOW. He knows that he can never marry you, so he is just using you for s*x.

Not to be preachy, but I don't think you should be having sex with your first cousin. I think you are too closely related.
But back to your question, he probably does have feelings for you, but since he has a live in girlfriend (and he's your first cousin) you should probably move on.
If he did leave his girlfriend for you - would your family be okay with the relationship?

This is an odd question, but it sounds like he's just using you for sex. If he really loved you he would break up with his girlfriend.
On a side note, it's really unnatural to be having sex with a relative. I hope you're using protection at least.

Bernice, he is using you for sex ok. I don't think its to healthy for you to be having sexual relations with a cousin. I reccommend that you put a stop to this immediately.
