cellone voicemail help?

I recently bought a Motorola Blade from Cellone.
Problem is, I can not check my voicemail.
I call voicemail, I enter my security code and mailbox number, and after that it asks me to leave a message. And when I do that, it shows up on my phone that I left myself a message. BUT I STILL CAN'T CHECK THEM!!!!
help.

Call your network provider who should be able to talk you through it or try your network providers website
