I tried add/remove from control panel and even manually.

Mcafee is terrible its like a leech sucking on system resources and apparently your computer as a whole.
Deleteing the program file will still leave traces in the registry
now if you dont want that try this.
try unistaller software!

First try this one, it is the actual unistaller tool mcafee put out

Have you tried crtl+shift+Esc then cancell mcafee processes then use add and remove programs
Windows wont remove it if its running

go to my computer, go to the McAfee file, and completely delete that file, it will still be on your add/remove list but it wont be there.
