She was a terrible mother before her breakdown, and will be just as bad after she's had her treatment.
She's not intelligent enough to realise she's an abomination.

I dont think she should get her kids back. She is a bad mother she cracked her babys skull got caught driving holding the baby. Kevin should definately get those kids. Im sure she does want her kids back, but shes unfit. Kevin should have full custody and britney should get visitation rights until she proves that she is fit and when she does get her kids back I think she should be closely monitored. She passed out in a club from drinking too much, she hangs with other females that do the same things including drugs. She is not fit to be a dog owner. She needs to be clean for a year and not be caught in any element that would put her out there negatively.

I think it all boils down to how much she has changed (for the greater good), what her goals are for herself & her kids, how she can handle herself despite her troubles or in front of the paparrazzi. Britney doesn't only need rehab but she needs more help than that - she needs counseling and support. If she gets all of this, remains focused, and is determined to be a great mother she should get her kids back.

Well, I am not a huge fan of her music, but since her breakdown, I have been reading about her alot. I think she will want to get her kids back, should she? well not until she prooves she is on the right track for good, and gets her life back together. Although i don't think Kevin is the best person they could be with, and last I heard, Britney's mom had given the kids to Kevin.

Why not? At least she has the money to pay for someone to take care of them. I haven't seen any claims that she abused or neglected them. She didn't even dangle a kid off a hotel balcony. If you were really concerned about kids, you'd be trying to get them away from crack whore moms. All you want to do is fluff up in righteous indignation. It's time to take a step back and ask why what she does is really any of your business at all.

No. She's a terrible mother now and she will be a terrible mother when she's through with rehab. And I'm sure she loves her kids but she doesn't want to take care of them.

If you are naive enough to believe every little thing that the tabloids say then i guess most would say "no" she should not. But realistically we don't know all the facts and moments of her life, soooo, that will be up to a judge to decide. I get tired of hearing people say "well, she did this, and this, and then passed out here", I mean really, we're you there?? Didn't think so.

Who cares. Nobody would even know about it if she wasn't famous. Go to a rehab and start asking that about everyone in there. You should care as much about them as you do about her personal life!!
