We do not have paypal service in Malaysia.
What you can do is open a bank account in Singapore (the nearest country which has paypal service). A minimum amount is required to keep in the account if not, certain charges will be imposed.
Use the Singapore bank ATM card to withdraw money in Malaysia if the particular bank has branches in Malaysia. Some banks provide free of charge service for ATM withdrawal in Malaysia.

hi,actually it is online services.i have e-gold a free online payment but not have an office here in philippines. i pay my e-gold thru my Pinoygoldexchange and paypal thru bank transfer too. search paypal sevices in malaysia site.try it! good luck..

No we dont have..
but as a malaysian we can open paypal account for payment..
for receiving money we need a u.s bank account to widraw.
we need to have U.S bank account to widraw money.. or find someone who has it.. :)
another way to do this is by opening a singapore paypal account.
