I love it. I have several wonderful recipes. My favorite is crab puffs. It's delicious just dipped in butter.

No. I live along the coast, so only the real deal here. One thing I love to make is crab cakes. They would really bite if I used imitation crab.

Its excellent in various salads, casseroles and with sauces.
