Nothing much I think, as he had pretty much run out of steam by the time he died and was showing every sign of enjoying his conquests rather than continuing them.

If Aleksandr the great had lived 30 more years, we wouldn't be living in the same world we are in now. He would have changed so much more, I speculate, and therefore, through a change in the chain of events, USA would not be USA, and there would be a lot more eastern europeans around.
Which just goes to show I need to study up on my history more...

there would be 2 billion people speaking greek instead of 10 million :P... isnt that a scary thought.. instead of english everyone would have to learn greek as a second language.. .. i am greek and i do envy anyone who tries :))
