less exaggerated moves (like when they put too much effort into falling),
more female wrestlers and not bikini models
less degrading gimmicks(Umaga) and matches(bra and panties)

Get rid of the creative staff and the ATM talent that thinks they can do the same moves over and over again and people will keep cheering.

First, the creative staff has to be revamped. There should be someone in charge who is not a McMahon. Vince should still be the editor, but he should put someone who is young and innovative in a supervisory position. This person should be able to tell Vince when something is and isn't garbage. Vince doesn't necessarily have to listen, but at least other opinions can be brought to his attention. As for the writers and bookers, they need to be a mix of veterans who know how the craft will look in the ring and the best way to get the talent on board along with some young people in the business who can create innovative gimmicks to appeal to the current younger audience. Rehashing the same old gimmicks and matches gets old.

As for the talent, get rid of the veterans who are clearly there for the check and not there to work. It is nice every once in a while to see someone like HBK or HHH for old times sake, but there comes a time when these guys have to understand that they can't bring it anymore. The audience knows their act inside and out. Everyone knows that if an HBK match has gone about 10 minutes on Raw and 15 minutes on PPV and he hits his opponent with the flying forearm then he is going for the Sweet Chin Music. Its predictable.

Get younger talent with fresh gimmicks and new wrestling moves. Teach them how to get over on the mic and in the ring and let a new creative staff allow them to be involved in unpredictable story lines with less politics.

Get Rid of Umaga and HHH. I would rather Watch Cena than these two. But HHH is Part of DX currently so, than I would say Get Rid of Umaga and Cena, unless HHH doesn't go back to DX, Than all 3.
