If you are in the UK, in SOME parts, in SOME cities/towns, you can use the bike. If you look at the blue signs it will have a picture of a bus, a pedal cycle, the word "taxi" and if motorcycles are allowed, a picture of a motorbike. Otherwise, you will have to dice it out with everyone else.
I am aware of it being a a practice in parts of London, Reading and Bristol. Also the M4 bus lane.

for advantageous we are able to handle it while you're interior the united kingdom. No helmet is a dazzling first of all, i'm guessing in spite of the incontrovertible fact that that they are mini motos or path motorcycles without extensive variety plate? whether they are street criminal motorcycles with coverage and mot etc, in the event that they are being utilized in a anti social way very such as you have defined then we are able to subject a factor fifty 9 notice on the motor vehicle whether that's seen back being utilized in a anti social way we grab the motor vehicle and that's destroyed. If the bike isn't street criminal nor does it have a chassis extensive variety like maximum mini moto then we positioned a factor fifty 9 warning against the consumers call, dob etc and in the event that they are caught what ever bike they are utilising is siezed and destroyed. In call touch the police on the 1st sight of them out and approximately, maximum folk go away it 30 weird and wonderful minutes to call while it starts off to annoy them and if we are intially tied up with the help of time we get there they are often long previous. So call directly away, we will not seize them the 1st time yet we regularly do ultimately.

Some local authorities allow it but they are in the minority. Check the sign at the start of the bus lane as it says what can use it and when it's operational. Taxis are viewed as public transport so are allowed to use them too.

i know that in some parts of the country (uk) they have opened up the bus lanes to motorcyles- eg: LONDON, during rush hour it is permisible to ride your motorcycle in the bus lane on major roads. (check the sign by the bus lane. you can definately do it on the A23 going into london from the south).
i guess this is because the goverment does not consider motrbike cause much congestion (probably why they dont have to pay congestion charge also)
i do not know how many cities allow it so check the signs, and if it doesnt say your allowed to, then your probably not allowed to.
hope this helps

Motorcyclists CAN use some bus lanes, especially in London: check the blue signs posted at regular intervals along the lanes. If a motorcycle is pictured, go for it. Car drivers can use them as well, outside the specified times, but don't tell the dozy gits!

Hi!
You can only use some of the bus lanes during certain times.
Most of the bus lanes round here are for taxis too.
So, if in doubt, don't use 'em.

There is, as far as i know, only one place in the UK where motorbikes are allowed in bus lanes....Bristol. Everywhere else will give you a ticket.
