Private islands today are ranging from $750k and up, depending on what popular and desirable coast they are off of, and of course the size and climate. Private islands are typically uncultivated and so with an island you get raw unchanged land many of the times that you'll have to develop yourself to your own interests and needs. Whenever you're ready, there are specific agencies that sell them and some even tell you what to look for and how to buy them, what goes into them. You can also rent private islands, which in that case they'll already have living quarters and amenities on them without you having to do anything else.

There are two leading competitors for this type of production.
I won't give the address here, a lead only. The aaa company
hired researchers way back in 1850 to start reserving beach,
picnic, and grocery strongholds of business style locations.
The national preservation society goes back in some consisted
reports about 40 years older, and with world wide roots. These
two teams have sponsored office clubs to sell timeshares,
rentals, entire resorts, and major productions for lease periods.
Their alternative market is to sell, or more recently to manage
resort islands that reach maturity and have previous owners.
New properties all are presently property of the United Nations
mission for safer farming, in its 6th year harvesting specific
source foods from original locations. There are 20 islands now
up for bids through that office about 30-40 million dollars each.
There total explorer listing is about 175. 35 are owned privately
all from conservation servers.
