First fit problem?

Use the first fit (FF) bin packing algorithms to pack the following weights into bins that can hold no more than 8 lbs.

5 lbs, 7lbs, 1 lbs,2 lbs, 4 lbs, 5 lbs, 1 lbs, 1 lbs, 3 lbs, 6 lbs, 2 lbs,

The 5, 7, 4, 5, and 6 will each have to go into a bin of their own. After that, it hardly matters how you fit the rest in. This is a simple scan the list, drop the item in the first bin that will hold it.
