You just determine the solubility of the two products formed, if they can easily dissolve each other, then you will not have any precipitate, if you can't dissolve one in the other, then you will have a precipitate.
And by the way, B. 2NaPO4+Ca(ClO4)շ→Ca(PO4)շ+2NaClO4 will form a precipitate of Ca(PO4)շ in a aqueous solution of NaClO4

B will give a precipitate of calcium phosphate. Take the metal ion of one and the non-metal part of the other, and look them up in a solubility table.
