I read about our banking system being abused to control foriegn governments or private individuals via freezing or confiscation of assets. I'm curious about alternatives and if there is anything already in place. For example each nation could have its own central bank and/or one or more private banks. Rather than use account numbers for transactions a sending and recieving transaction number could be generated for transactions and so on. Can you explain or point me to the conventional concept of global banking, Tell me what nations use a system of debt like us with the fed vs. a true national bank, and point me to any novel concepts for banking systems?

There is no "Global Bank".

The USA is structured with the "Federal Reserve" as Central Bank for the USA. The 50 States can then work within the guidlines established by the Federal Bank.

"Freezing Assets"/ "Confiscation" are more political, but are covered under "General Argeemtn on Tariffs and Trade" (GATT).

Account numbers? They're necessary.

Yes I agree. I thought Global Banking was a myth until I saw Al Gore's movie, and it really opened my eyes. If we don't stop Global Banking now, then people in Bangladesh will drown because they are too dumb to walk to higher ground.

Are you nuts?!?! Didn't you see that Al Gore just won a Grammy for his movie that is against Global Banking? You better stay up with your current events like I do, Kiddo.
