Now that I've translated your question, I will answer it!
Paris and Britney don't wear panties because they are binge drinkers.
First, they have lots of random sex with random men in dark corners of nightclub VIP rooms, and they don't want their underwear getting in the way.
And second, when they drive home after a night of drinking, they frequently have to pull over to the side of the road to pee - if they had panties on, they'd probably get pee spattered all over them when they squatted behind the doors of their cars to relieve themselves. If they 'go commando' (that is, don't wear panties) all they have to do is squat and they can pee without getting their clothes or underwear wet.
I don't have a problem with them doing that - hell, if not wearing panties makes it easier for them to have random sex and take drunken roadside pees, then good for them!

WOW.. That's a nice price.. I guess it's because everyone is into Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, those girls are a bunch of celebrity worshipers thinking that it's cool to do what Paris and Britney does. 'Celebrity' has become their religion and they usually pray five times a day in the direction of Hollywood, to the gods of celebrity..
