It's just the theme to this year's WMania.If you've watched Raw or S/Down you will have seen kids posing as younger versions of HBK, Cena & Booker T.The segueway then shows them as today.It's meant to say they're all grown up now & at their very best to compete.

It is the Theme this year, like last years was WM22 Big Time. This years theme has something to do with WM3 when The Indoor attendance record was broken at the Pontiac Silverdome in Detroit. This year they are in Detroit for WM23. And It symbolizes How WM has grown since that Record breaking day.

wm 21 was wrestlemania goes hollywood
wm 22 was big time
and now wm 23 is all grown up

All grown up is because when you are 23 years old, you are "all grown up." And since this is WrestleMania's 23rd year, it is like it's All grown up.
