Yes. The spotting could be a sign of implantation. a cycle lasts 28 days so it is more than possible to get signs of pregrancy after two weeks.
Do a test, One of the big companies now does a test that can detect pregnancy up to 5 days before your period is due.
good luck, hope you get the result you want x x

Yes if you are pregnant and its about 7-10 days after ovulation then implantation occurs...this is when alsorts of effects from pregnancy can become apparent, especially if you are tuned in with your body. I noticed a few things before I missed my period, those being the need to wee way more often and also very sore breasts...lots of women get sore breasts before a period anyway but I read a book that says if you are going to get your period (and havent fallen that month) then breasts may hurt but if pregnant the tell-tale sign is that they swell aswell as hurt. Goodluck

You have to figure out when you ovulated. If you did ovulate two weeks ago and had sex, then yes, it is possible. Ovulation is on day 14 of your cycle. The first day of your menstrual period is day one...so you can do the math. A lot of people do start feeling pregnancy symptoms even before 2 weeks after having sex, and conceiving.

Yes, I have had two friends that knew they were pregnant within the first week. If you are not sure about weather you are pregnant or not please see your doctor. He can run tests. But it sounds alot like pregnancy. There are other things that could be causing your symptoms. Some of which are dangerous, but if you are I hope a congratulation is in order.

Usually, from my experience and that of my friends and family, breast tenderness is the earliest symptom to manifest itself and can ABSOLUTELY do so at or before the 2 week mark. However, this may not be the case for you. So, yes.

possibly, if you're really sensitive - a home test COULD pick up a pregnancy now (you'd be likely due your period around now if you were pregnant), and some women do just know way before the test. Do the test to be sure though.
Good luck

yes very much possible. the bleeding might be implantation bleeding. Other symptoms because your hcg hormone is rising. but it is better to test with a pregnancy test kit in a few days to confirm the pregnancy. if not check with your obgyn.
i felt the effects of my pregnancy exactly in 2 weeks.
good luck!
