Hi! I could use some help here. I'm 17 yrs old and I'm petite ( alil under average height for girls my age).I need to be able to dress my age , so that people in college . in jobs etc will take me seriously. I love to shop and I shop mostly at Jcpenney, Aeropostale, and American Eagle . Any kind of encouragement , style tips or suggestions are welcomed! Thanx alot!

I don't really have much advice on this but try to wear straight long pants, maybe they will make you look longer in the legs.

Either...
1.) Tie 6-12 inch wooden blocks on your shoes to give the allusion that you are of a normal height,or...
2.) If you have a friend that is willing, do the thing that zany characters do in movies and cartoons, where you dress in an overcoat and sit on said friends shoulders.
I know this sounds obnoxious but trust me, it works every time.
