Chek the local Real Estate mags for comparisons. Have a RealEstate sales person run you some comparisons of "sold " houses. look for comps on the computer.

You say "end unit." Is it a condo, town house, other?
What is the age of the unit? What condition is it in? Is it in a good neighborhood? How are the schools there? Are there annual maintenance fees? What are the annual utilities costs? Which direction does it face? Large or small lawn and who pays for the upkeep and yard work? How does the price compare with the prices of similar units sold in the past 6 months? What is the appraised value for tax purposes. What are the annual taxes?
Try asking the question again with more details or get a good real estate agent to sit down and review your situation with you and get some good comparisons plus an engineering study of the unit.
