I'm looking for a bettere over the counter alternative for my ADHD other then adderall etc. something that works as well and as quick but not as dangerous and where i can get at a vitamine like store?? Anyone have any suggestions what has worked for you??

Learn amd practise meditation to help you stay on task.

You can learn actualism meditation at http://www.actualism.org you can also learn vipissana meditation online. Use a search engine.

Practising Zhan Zhuang Qigong would help you develop a one pointed mind. Master Lam Kam Chuen wrote an excelent book on Zhan Zhuang and Ba Duan Jin forms of Qigong. Look for "The Way Of Energy"

Not possible. Adderall, Ritalin, etc. work much better than anything OTC. If you don't like the stimulant medications though, there's a new one called Strattera you should ask about!

My kids take something homeopathic, but we live in Germany, so you wouldn`t be able to get it easily anyway. (it`s called "Zappelin", from ISO Arzneimittel). Try going to a homeopath there with a good reputation. Its definately worth a try. Good luck!

MonaVie juice or pycnogenol has helped some people.
