You don't, pure and simple.

Do you trust messages randomly thrusted at you by strangers on street corners? That's what ads are (and spam, which are stickies they try to stick to you)

If you do, I have some seaside property in Arizona I want to sell you... ;)

Advertisements on websites? Some are scams and some are legit. Honestly, if I were you, I wouldn't click ads. Especially if you are using Internet Explorer. You could get Spyware or other malice software that will cause your computer to bottled down and run slow. If you don't have Mozilla FireFox, get it. FireFox is much more secure than IE is.

If you want the item in the ad, just search it. You might be able to find somewhere pretty inexpensive to purchase it.
