I would say San Jose Sharks, but then again I'm an Edmonton Oilers fan, I'm in no condition to make reasonable decisions!!!!

The Buffalo Sabres right now have the most offensive depth and the best overall scoring ability as a team. Nashville is probably a close #2 especially with the addition of Forsberg. Teams like Ottawa, Anaheim, Colorado, Calgary, Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay aren't far behind the top in offense. When it comes to the playoffs though... team depth, determination and defense are what will win games so these top performing offensive teams won't always be the best best performers.
Teams like New Jersey and Dallas have just as good a shot at the cup with their focus on team defense which wins tight playoff games.

B. Buffalo Sabres. They have so many guys on multiplte lines who can get you at any moment. They are a very fast, very skilled team that is the poster team of the new NHL since the lockout. With Nashville, they have a lot of guys as well, but they do not put up the same goal numbers as Buffalo. Detroit doesn't either. Ottawa has basically 3 guys (Alfreddsson, Spezza and Heatley) who do all their scoring. Buffalo has so many guys who have 20 goals. Thomas Vanek is their leading goal scorer with something like 34 goals. Daniel Briere, Maxim Afinogenov, Chris Drury, Derek Roy, the list goes on and on, are all great scorers. Try and name for me 5 or 6 guys on those other teams that can score like these guys can. If I had to put another team on that list, I would put San Jose, with Patrick Marleau, Joe Thornton, Joe Pavelski, Bill Guerin, Steve Bernier, Milan Michalek, Jonathan Cheechoo, just to name a few. Honourable mention also to Anaheim with Teemu Selanne, Andy Macdonald, Dustin Penner, Chris Kunitz, Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf, Scott Niedermeyer and Chris Pronger to just name a few out there. But, to conclude, from your list, I would have to say Buffalo has the more potent offense.

E The Anaheim Ducks
They have veterans Selanne and Kunitz, along with youngsters Perry, Getzlaf, Penner, and Shannon. They also have defencemen Pronger, Beauchemin and Niedermayer who are all lethal on offense.
P.S. The ducks have the 3 most successful power-play in the NHL.

E. The Pittsburgh Penguins
Id list all the offensive weapons they have but instead I'm just gonna say go to http://www.pittsburghpenguins.com click on team then players and you will see a long list of them. Malkin and Crosby should be enough to support my argument here.

Right now, I would say its the preds, just because there are so many tope sabres that are injured. forsberg, kariya, and sullivan, awesome offence. it sucks that this team doesnt get much recognition. the sens are no where close, becuase if one of their star player is having a bad game, the whole team is down.
