Here's one that will amaze your freinds:
Make an 'O' with your thumb and index finger on your left hand. Now make another 'O' with your index finger and thumb on your right hand, but have it go through the 'O' on the left hand, like two links on a chain, so your hands are connected together. While keeping your hands connected together, lift both hands over your head and conceal your hands behind your head. Now let one 'O' slip through the other, behind your head, while still maintaining the 'O' in either hand. Bring your hands back in front of you from the sides of your head. See your freinds stare in disbelief, as you show them the two separate 'O's on your hands no longer connected together.
This magic trick is especially well suited to the P & S crowd.

The next time I have meat and mashed potatoes, I think I'll put a very large blob of potatoes on my plate with just a little piece of meat. And if someone asks me why I didn't get more meat, I'll just say, "Oh, you mean this?" and pull out a big piece of meat from inside the blob of potatoes, where I've hidden it. Good magic trick, huh?
