computer wont let me download???

it says
--C:/docume~1/HCIHM~1.HCC/locals~1/temp/vmoofno7-9999.exe could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder
change the folder properties and try again, or try saving in a diffrent location---
what do i do????

Try saving to a different location, like the desktop or My Documents, etc.

When you click to download there's a box near the top of the Save screen that lets you choose where to save the file.
