A funny question. U both r equal. 50 % he should control u & 50 % u should do. Divide evenly responsibilities crefully and select with consencious. Be commited to them. Generate confidence in him that u r reliable for commitments most of the time. Love him as much as u can as many times the opportunities u get. Response will be tremendous, rest assured. U will be much happier and will not need him be controlled further. U will be bound to think that , that situation will be much more satisfactory than controlling him 100% just like controlling a weak child or a great fool.

Do yourself a huge favor...go get Dr. Laura's books on the Proper Care & Feeding of Husbands and the Proper Care & Feeding of Marriage. Read them and follow her advice. If you want to "control" your husband, then treat him the loving, respect, care and affection.

if any thing gets out of control then it will come in control only after an accident..
any instrument might get out of control due to two reasons.
1. due to users fault..
2. due to the manufacturing defect.
