I was recently convicted of Assault, M1 in Ohio, and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, plus 5 years probation.

I already know I can apply for early termination of my probation, and it will probably be granted after 1 year.

Does anyone know if Ohio has any policy on early release from jail for good behavior or anything like that?

Most states and localities have "good behaviour" release possibilities in the law. A sentence of 30 days is not particularly long and it would take that long to even apply for early release. One option that might be considered is work release, where you are allowed to go to work at a regular job, but must return to the jail at night, or in some cases, on weekends. To get this sort of thing, it is helpful to already have a job.

In Michigan, violent offenders are last on the early release list. But 30 days aint nothin bro.I could do that on my head underwater.

You just answered your own question.

You stated that you received 30 days in jail. SO that is your answer.

You should have been studying in school instead of trying to be a gangster wannabe.
