I only know F8 is pressed for Safe Mode. What are the rest for?

They are function keys. As stated above, they are application dependent. However, most keys are the same for all programs. F1 is used for help.

With Internet Explorer, F4 is used to get to the address bar, F5 is used to refresh the page (as also stated above), F10 is used to get to the tool bar, and F11 (as also stated above) is used for full screen.

umm... they only work when you hit the Fwork button thingy and they'll work. all i no is that they r shortcut keys.
