she cant be a good friend certainly not a best friend. envy isnt a good reason to be friends because it often leads to jealousy and in, some cases, worse. maybe its time for a change? gently tell her you want to go seperate ways for a while. after that still be friendly but not friends. when she grows up a bit more then try again if you feel its ok.

The problem that you have is not pretty serious. Why not ask her why she did it to you? It's human nature to have jealousy for others.
