my pipe broke perfectly in half all i need to is glue it somehow

The best fix is to NOT use the pipe. Then again, that's my own opinion.

epoxy would be the glue for glass. it comes in 2 tubes & ya gotta mix equal portions. squeeze some of each tube onto a piece of tin foil, mix together with a toothpick. you could probably use the toothpick to spread the glue onto your pipe. There is a newer brand of epoxy that has a plunger the pushes both glues out at the same time.

hmmmmmmm dunno, never fixed a pipe, but water pipes, now thats a different story. i dont do glass, but someday i'll learn to blow glass so i can play with fire. ive seen glass blowers at 6 flags and the local fair as well as pbs or public access. way cool artform, like the guy who makes the candy sculptures on a stick. i watched the fellow at 6 flags for around 2 hrs. he made everything from trees to unicorns. way cool. he made it look easy.(btw i think it wasnt 6 flags then,not sure).
