On the pitch, his ownership of the club is an irrelevance because he has not altered the team or the management of the team in the slightest. The current success is 100% due to Ferguson and his players. Glazer very rarely even sets foot in the stadium.

Off the pitch, as a business entity, its working out all right for Glazer personally because while the team are winning, the money keeps coming in and the profits keep ticking over. But the business is still is the greatest debt it has ever been in, because Glazer made the club itself responsible for re-paying the money he borrowed from the banks to buy them in the first place. Which is why Ferguson, and many hundreds of thousands of United fans mistrust him deeply, and are rightly suspicious of why he bought the club.

malcolm glazer buying united WAS a good investment for him in the first place. he know the worldwide popularity of man utd can not be match by ANY team in the world.

so all he has to do is to milk utd more to maximise his profits.

the continued success of the red devils on the field will just make that happen. think of all the spin offs.

it's never wrong for glazers in the first place. it's never wrong either for man utd supporters to protest against a potentially risky and hostile take over.
