Practice, practice, practice.
Remember that the key to spinning isn't only turning your head but turning your shoulders. You should always be looking around to complete your spin but try and keep you shoulders square with your head, this will help you keep your body rotating as a single unit and not getting wound-up. Also, try and bring your board up and be as small a package as possible, again, this helps with spinning clean.
And I have to ask....You can spin 180's, 360's and 540's cleanly, right? Learning the smaller spins will help greatly with the bigger ones. Another thing to consider, how wide is your stance? If it's super wide (23 inches or wider) that will cause you to spin slower. And don't forget your grabs. Go For a grab between your bindings, not only will this help clean up your spin by keeping more weight closer to the center of your spin, it looks much better than to have your arms flailing about.

i agree training on the trampoline will help u get your 720's but be sure to tape your edges first so you don't tear the trampoline.
also when doing your 720's be sure to really torque your ENTIRE! body before leaving the lip of the jump.
also be sure to lead with your head and spot your landing. and your good to go.
