Ice cream. The really good ones are Italian and especially in the south of Italy they prepare them as nowhere else in the world.

Fave sweet is the Floral Gum... used to eat it when i was a child and if i ever see them in a shop ... i have to buy them.. i guess they are English... but not 100% sure.. also Black forest gateaux and clotted cream or Cheese cake..
