I am planning to buy a 2 bhk flat in kothrud prefrebaly in dahanukar colony, mayur colony, ideal colony, rahul nagar etc. my budget is 15-25 lac .

Considering current trend of prices in Kothrud, it appears quite difficult to get a 2 BHK flat in the areas specified by you. You may be able to get a 2 BHK flat in this buget only in more than 20 years old buildings without lift and other facilities.
