How would you like it if your mother tried to go against your wishes and tried to bury you in a place you didn't want? How would you like it if your relationship with your mother had been nonexistant for the better part of 15 years and she tried to take your body and play good mommy and dictate what she said was your wishes? Really isn't this whole Anna Nicole tragedy a sign that NO MATTER WHAT make your intent known in writing and verbal and keep it up dated so that this kind of thing will not be allowed to go on everywhere in the country?

Are you a lawyer or something?I think if mom really loved her daughter she would honer her daughter's wishes.

Nothing was in writing from Anna. If her wishes were in writing directly from Anna then there would have been no problem where she was to be buried.

Well, if I was dead I don't think I'd really care. I'd probably be off flying in other dimensions and not worrying about my decaying body.
