if 3 weeks later i dont want it anymore can i return it to the delearship company? it works ok now but i dont want it anymore.

That would be entirely up to the dealership.
You bought a vehicle, it had a problem and they repaired it.
They might take it back if you trade it in on a more exspensive vehicle.
Don't expect to get the same amount for the car that you paid for it.
