i have a new ipod nano and its having problems...?

okay so it will play every song that i loaded from a cd. but every song (like 60) that i down loaded of of itunes wont play!!!! PLEASE HELP!!.thanx

Go back to the store and try to get a refund. If that doesn't work you might want to consider switching to a different brand.

If you have all of your songs in Itunes than you should go to the store where you bought to Ipod and get a new one. If you bought it online that you should call and they will mail you a new one.
