I've been calculating the score I got from the uni, I find hard to get good grade, since I am such radical person, and yeah the truth I don't really heard their lecture. Such was then I filled the mid and last term exam with my own logic. My score is 2.22

Note:
Average good score for getting jobs in my country is 2.75 seen in many newspaper job ads

The maximum score is 4.

So my score is only 2.22. And from the beginning I have targeted to be 2.75. What's your strategy then?

I've been thinking to change my strategy now then, to just heard their lecture and just wrote them, and to answer the exams verbatim, ya know? I just don't think they really accepts creative writing do they?

PS. How to deal with childish 30yish woman professor? She has been asked many question in class, and I answer quite good, but since she recognized I don't attend her class many times, she gave 0 score. Well that's not the things, I don't mind to get 0, because she has gave warning. I just don't feel comfortable because she such an emotional teacher, 95% of the class agree with that.

Do you think good handwriting (looking good visually) important, sometimes I just write carelessly? Is your handwriting hard to read too?

I am law undergraduate student

Oh yeah, sometimes I thought of this annoying fact: Why such students which I really believe I am smarter than him/her could get really good score: 3.2! She got an B with her literature, and my friend says he only got C. This friend who got C says, this girl look at his paper many times in exams.

The first thing you need to do is attend classes on a regular basis. If you are not there, you cannot receive a good participation grade; plus, some professors will mark you down one whole grade just for missing a certain amount of days.

If you are having trouble listening and understanding during lectures, take a tape recorder with you to class and record the lectures so you can also listen to them later. This does not give you an excuse to not listen in class, but will reinforce what you are hearing in class.

Also, be sure to take notes while you listen. That way you can check the notes against what you have recorded and fix your notes (be sure to always do this).

I am wondering if you are a second language learner? If you are, trying to understand everything at the college level probably can be very frustrating for you, which is much more the reason to record the lectures. Be sure to talk to your professors about the recording, letting them know that you are doing it to help yourself do well in class. Most professors will allow it. Or are you in a different country than the US? That would also be an important piece of information.

I would also contact your academic adviser about the problems you are having. That person is supposed to be there to help you through the university by giving you ideas and helping you make the best choices.

DON'T GIVE UP! I hope you have better success!

Go to class regularly, first of all, and ask questions when something is unclear.

Good grades are not just about being smart and having good ideas--you have to prove you're actually learning something from the class. Part of the problem is probably your attendance, but as for exams, you need to find out what she's looking for, which could be different from one professor to another. Be respectful and nice about it, and never imply that you think she's biased--just ask her if you can speak with her for a few minutes to go over your last exam (or something more specific) so you can understand what's expected, where you went wrong and how you can do better next time. She'll probably appreciate that you ask and be happy to go over some things with you, so long as she's not extremely busy.

Chicki's suggestions are very good too.

To get good grades, you need to show mastery of the material, not creativity in your answering.
