It is a rollercoaster of bitter and sweet, a blessing and a challenge. About taking responsibility and doing my best to make the lives of those around me a pleasant experience. I can't dwell on my everyday life and the mundane job of being a widowed Mom of 3 cooking, cleaning, driving all over and helping with homework and the non stop demands of my Children, that would make me nuts. I need to look at the big picture and take all my stresses and turn them into a positive situation that I provide for my Family.

Life for me, is a path. The path may or may not be marked, and it contains thousands of crossroads that I choose on a moment by moment, to daily basis. Every choice I make means that I am denying several others, and the choices become more important as I go farther down that path. It is important to leave markers along the way to help others get a little farther than I did, but it is just as important to allow them to make their own decisions because I always have to consider that I may not be on the right path, or I may not be on the right path for them. There is something wonderful at the end of my path, or it wouldn't be worth taking. I have the ability to choose my way, or choose not to go, but I must accept the consequences of my actions. It's important to keep the path clean, to refrain from confusing or tricking others, and to honor everyone's journey. The farther down the path I get, the more the path starts to look like other's path, but that is the only real reassurance we get. The wonderful thing at the end of the path is not a reward, and it may be nothing more than a beautiful view followed by another path, but we don't follow the path for the reward, rather for the joy of finding and taking the path. I take each step in faith and humbly retrace my steps and search for the right way when I falter. There is someone watching me on my way, and I can get help when I ask for it, but in the end, I must make my own decisions and choose my own way. I wish you joy on your path, and if it happens to come close to mine, I hope you will reach across for a moment and share your journey with me.

Life is God's test to those souls that got it wrong the first time around or in your other lifetimes. We're living because we've made mistakes in our other lifetimes and we must live again to get it right; to live the way God wanted us to. In a way, we do live to die because when our soul is released from our human body, we embrace our new life in a new body equipped for a new planet and THIS IS WHEN LIFE REALLY BEGINS! We live because God sends us on a quest for knowledge and truth in how to know him and to find out what he really wanted for his people. God gave us all talents that we use in this world that we carry on to the next but sometimes our only purpose is to find God's truth and knowledge.

God, my family and my work in that order. At the end of each day if I've cheered someone up whether it be clients at work, friends or family and I didn't do or think anything against God - I've done what God wants me to do and THAT sums up life itself!

For me life is: never stop learning or growing, never becoming complacent or lazy, living life to the fullest, discovering new things and places, reading, staying close to my friends family, etc.
