LOL... I take it some white person ticked you off this morning!!
ALL "any kind of people" are not anything. Regardless of their color... all people are individuals in their own right. There are going to be stupid people come and go throught your entire life... and they are going to be a lot of colors, races, religions, creeds, ages, and genders. A part of growing up is learning to deal with it or become a teacher and try to change it.

I'd love to agree with you, hun. But there's a tiny problem here: "Is it true that all things white people say is stupid" is grammatically incorrect.
It should be "Is it true that all things white people say ARE stupid?"
