He calls from his house phone usually and I have a Cingular plan. This plan supports up to 5 phones. He told her that someone said to him that its free for me and it won't use up my minutes if he calls her. They don't talk very often and when they do its for at least a hour. I let her use it when she can be alone at my house to spare me conflict with my parents about it. Also I allow her to late at night sometimes after everyone is sleeping. I don't know how long they talk when I let them do that. I'm assuming for hours because she wakes up pretty tired. Thanks for your answers!

I am wondering who is 'he' here, a relative or friend and likewise for 'she' too???

If you allow them to use your minutes then you have to accept the consequences. You just have to say no and they just have to deal with it. Change the plan and that will solve the problem.

Well if will it shouldn't charge you if you have Free Night and Weekends. If he calls past 9(eastern time) it shouldn't charge you.
