Has anyone used Dreams Unlimited Travel b4? I found this website, Dreams Unlimited Travel, for a Disney World vacation, and the price they are offering me for our vacation package is a couple hundred less than what Disney quoted me. (Our package includes to stay at Disney Caribbean Resort, meal plan, hopper passes &more fun option, and express transportation). But I have never used this company or even heard of it. It just came up in a Disney search on the net. They do offer an itenerary for you and they offer to make your dining reservations for you also. Has anyone heard of this company, anyone used them, what was your experience.
Advice please, its a good deal but I dont want to be ripped off.
Also, we arrive on the 23rd at 11am, but our hotel says checkin is not until 4, and from what I am told everything is connected to the room key, we will be allowed to go the parks before 4pm, or is an early check in allowed? Any adivce for a 1st time trip, 2 kids - 9 & 12 years old.

I have used dreams unlimited to go to WDW. I used them to book rooms at the Swan, the Dolphin and the Beach Club. I had no problem with Dreams Unlimited and I had no problem with my hotel reservations. (I had no problems with the credit card info either.) The travel company will give you a reservation number for their system and you'll get a reservation number for Disney's system. Try not to mix them up. LoL. The travel company was very nice and responded promply to my reservation requests. I used them to get Goverment Discounts at the Swan and at the Dolphin and annual pass discounts at the Beach Club. The discounts were what anybody can get but the Disney site said there were no rooms available. Dreams Unlimited got the rooms for me. I called the hotels right away to confirm my reservation. I also called them just before I departed. I would use them again.
I did not need a "reservation package", just a room only reservation. I already had the park passes and I made my own restaurant reservations. So, I don't know how well Dreams Unlimited handle these things.

Now, according to http://www.allearsnet.com/acc/faq_gen.htm#2

All resorts offer an early check-in time of 11:00 am, at which time you can go to Registration and attempt to check-in. You will be able to do most, if not all, of your check-in even if you room is not ready. Official or late check-in times are 1:00 pm at the Fort Wilderness campsites, 4:00 pm at All-Star and Disney Vacation Club Resorts, and 3:00 pm at all other resorts. Your room should be ready by this official check-in time.
What can I expect at check-in?
A cast member will check the computer for your reservation to see what type of room and the kind of package you have. You will be asked for a credit card number to keep on file (if you wish to have charge privileges). The resorts will probably charge your card at check-in for the entire room bill.
You will be issued a resort ID card for each member of your party over the age of 3. Depending on the resort and what kind of package you purchased, this little plastic card will serve as your resort ID, room key, entrance gate key, transportation ID, admissions media , and/or food/merchandise charge card . (Children are not afforded charge privileges on these cards, unless specifically requested.) You will be given a map of the resort pinpointing your room. Some resorts also provide a themed newspaper explaining the resort amenities, park hours, special events, etc.

What if our room isn't ready when we arrive?
You can leave your luggage at the bell stand and bell services will deliver it to your room later. You are then free to go explore the parks or the rest of WDW. You are given a phone number to call if your room is not yet ready which you can call periodically. Once your room is ready, the Cast Member will give you your room number and you can then use your room key to enter the room. Ask to have your bags brought to your room at this time.
It's a good idea to pack a small bag with a change of clothes so that you don't have to rummage through your luggage before the Bell Captain stores it. This is especially helpful when you are going from one climate to the next. Packing shorts and/or swimwear will help you relax until your room is ready.

Also, if your arrival gets delayed you might not want to use a precious day of your admission ticket for a few hours in the parks. http://www.allearsnet.com/pl/fnight.htm offers some suggestions of what to do on your day of arrival.

Remember, WDW is huge and can be overwhelming. Most first time visitors head right over to the Magic Kingdom. Generaly, Saturday and Sunday are the busiest two days there. It might be tough to deny your children from going there right away but if you can, explore a different Park first and Save the Magic Kingdom for later.

Make sure you have dining reservations. Meals can be difficult because most guests now get the Dining Plan. Sometimes sit down restaurants are fully booked at the normal eating times. The Magic Kingdom has limited sit down restaurants.
Also you might try to plan an afternoon nap. Get up early and get to the Parks early. Enjoy the morning before most people arrive. At mid afternoon when you get tired, go back to your room for a rest, or go to the pool, then you'll be refreshed for the evening. This is a vacation and too many times I've seen families get very cranky because they try to do too much in one day.

Double check their name with the Better Business Buruea (BBB) to be sure. My husband and I also offer vacation planning for folks. We don't book hotels or flights (we leave that up to you ), but we do all of the research and planning for you, including dining reservations, ordering park maps, driving directions, finding you the best flights, etc... Our website is currently under construction, but we do have a myspace page! We also list fun tips and advcie for anyone visiting. Check it out at:

I have arrived before 3pm as well. Disney will gladly check your bags into your room, but you cannot enter your room until 3pm. I don't recommend visiting a park this day. You'll be a bit worn out from your flight as well. We typically visit Downtown Disney Marketplace when we have a few hours to kill before our room is ready. The kids can play with legos at the Lego store, you can grab a bite to eat, or go see a movie. Its a lot of fun!
Have a wonderful vacation!

Sorry I have never heard of them. Check with www.allearsnet.com they would be a great resource for you. You can't check in early, but you can drop off your bags with the front desk and head to the parks. I personally don't like the dinning plan. They give a lot of food, and I happen to find it confusing. You can make your reservations now right over the phone (180 days in advance) especially if you want a character breakfast. Have a great time~~~~~

Okay well first you will be allowed in early most likely. Second you have the in between age kids. SO you might wanna stay away from dumbo and whatnot. Space mountain, rocking roller coaster, the car stunt show tower of terror mt everast and similar might be great for them. If ur planning somthing like this, you might wanna spend the little more if this deal only offers the one park. Becauset rust me i live down in orlando, and the whole disney experiance is visting every single park.
