I am looking for a good woman's vitamin to take to increase my metabolism & give me some much needed energy. What's the best one? I already take a High Potency Multi vitamin/mineral supplement. What can I add to that to get a good energy boost?

i have been taking CLa ( conjugated linoleic acid) supplements for over a year, and a mixture of omega fatty acids, and i have noticed 3 big changes.
1. I get a big energy boost whilw working out when i take the CLA supplement.
2. My appetite has decreased.
3. I have built a greater percentage of lean muscle mass while fat has been easier to shed.
And as an added bonus my sex drive got higher, but i really don't know if it's due to the supplements or the fact that i do look and feel better.
Bottom line, if you want a good, healthy and natural energy boost you can try CLA and/or borage oil extracts, but you have to exercise a bit, too.

B-complicated is a team of 8 B supplementations of which B-12 is one. The 8 B supplementations are: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. To maximum appropriate yet another answer, B supplementations ARE water soluble and the surplus supplementations are exceeded interior the urine (makes it shiny yellow) so that's risk-free to take the B complicated and the B-12.
