Right click on the bar, be sure the LOCK THE TASKBAR is unchecked. Then click on the bar, drag it to the bottom of your screen. Lock it down there.

right click make sure there isn't a check by "Lock the Taskbar" Then click and drag to the bottom of the screen. After right click and check "Lock the Taskbar". This will make it to where you can't move it.

If you right click on the bar, then you should be able to move it if it isn't locked. It may not be since you probably accidently moved it to the side. I have changed my right and left click settings, so try either and just drag it~

Just right click on the task bar uncheck task bar and drag it where u want
