She wanted to, that's why. Don't be one to judge her. If you've not met her or known her, then it's wrongful of you to judge her. She says she wanted a change and wanted a stop to everyone touching her, but she may have just been a little nervous because of the constantly swarming photographers and paparazzi. They are always in her face and the media is always printing things about her that turn out to be untrue sometimes, so I just think giving her a break sometimes would be nice. She's a single, 26-year-old mother, and since everyone thinks of tabloid newspapers and magazines as God, they continue printing garbage and her career continues going down the drain for no given reason. Hard life much?

How many times will this question be asked? That's the real question. This question has been asked about 500 times. Why does anyone care about why Britney shaved her head? I sure don't. Do a search on the word "shave" sometime. You should see Britney Spears' name pop up about 500 times or more. You didn't have to ask this question because it has been answered thousands of times.

kfed threatened to make her take a drug try so he could get custody of the toddlers, so she shaved off her head. yet duuuh, arm hair, pit hair, pubic hair... even toe hair could be examined for drugs. she in basic terms made an *** out of herself became all. yet by potential of her doing that did make a assertion.. that she became scared to be examined.

Someone threatend to do a hair folicle test to prove she was on drugs. She didn't know that a hair from anywhere on the body can be used for the test.

I've heard several reasons.. she wanted to start over...her hair has been damaged severely through coloring and extensions being too tight. she wanted to get rid of her hair so it couldn't be tested for drugs. she wanted to get back at her mom. Pick your favorite. personally i think she still looks beautiful!
