I got told not to p*ss someone off that i said welcome to the Wrestling community to. Even sent a friendly E-Mail. I get told not to p*ss them off. So I don't like one of their Fav. Wrestlers, John Cena. They are more mad that I said he sucked than they like the fact that I complimented Rey Rey. The One bad comment was to the guy who called all Edge Fans Canadians. I was stating it was insulting to me cause I am proud to be from the U. S. A. Did I deserve the hate aside from the fact I hate Cena???

divadaddygogirl. Nice Answer. Really. You though have been the only respectful Cena fan towards others I have seen. And do seem knowlegable. He, does honestly, only use 5 Grapple maneuvers as a base set. Most others use 10-12 as a base set. So that Makes him a Striker. Not a Wrestler. But Very good answer none the Less.

I didn't say being Canadian is insulting to me. I said being called a Canadian is if you are from the US. Would you settle for All Cena fans are American. The Stereotype is the insulting part.

I'm a huge Cena fan. To answer your question: No, people shouldn't treat you disrespectfully just because you don't like Cena. I wouldn't treat you with disrespect UNLESS you tried to undermine my intelligence or wether or not I'm a "real" wrestling fan just because I'm a Cena fan. Not all Cena fans make mean and stupid comment, in fact, alot don't.
I think with us fans, we don't like to see people disrespect him and bash him all the time just because they don't like him. All WWE wrestlers deserve respect for what they do. The truth is, who are we to say who is a better wrestler than someone else if we have never worked in the business? (Otherwise, it's just our opinion and never a fact.) Besides, Cena CAN wrestle. Look at his first days in the WWE and his days in UPW. Vince doesn't want him to wrestle like that or improve in different ways for some unknown reason.
I'm also an Edge fan (but Cena is my top favorite) and don't think it is fair that anyone steryotypes anybody for any reasons. I'm American. Plus there are Canadians that like Cena.
Edge fans are not the only ones to get steryotyped. Honestly, I would like to see a Cena hater that didn't steryotype Cena fans, saying that we all are either little kids OR teenage fangirls, which isn't true. Adult males like him too. Besides, since when did age make you better than someone else? The same adults saying young girls are stupid for liking Cena, think another wrestler/diva is sexy.

Man, these Cena jerks who run their mouths off, trying to be disrespectful like he is, it just makes Yahoo answers less enjoyable. They think they can be as tough as the man who's tougher than a 2 dollar steak, yet can't rap for his god damned life. I applaud Cena for becoming a wrestler. I applaud even harder when he's put out of his misery. But these guys take it even further, by being arseholes, saying CHAIN GANG, AND WORDLIFE, AND YOU CANT SEE ME, EVERY FREAKING POST! GIVE IT A REST! Cena is talented on the mic. HE IS NOT A FREAKING REAL WRESTLER! AND ALL THEY CHEER ABOUT IS THE FACES! If you take it for what it is then there is no need to HATE any wrestler, I have watched wrestling for a very long time and I find it quite entertaining. Cena's gimmicks from the white gangsta to his current marine gimmick have always bothered me..I truly think the guy is a tool.....
I think Edge is a total dick too, but that wasn't the question...

As a female wrestling fan, I cannot see what the big deal is with John Cena!! He isn't very attractive and he can't wrestle. It's the teenagers who are going crazy over him.

its gonna happen.. people are pretty serious about there wrestling over here.. take me for instance.. i gave my honest opinion about the wrestler named edge.. i just dont like the guy he portrays.. but adam copeland.. we could probably co-exist..you can say what you want about everybodys favorite wrestler because in the end theyre just gonna have to deal with it.. im a cena fan..
