When I go to download anything a window pops up to say my security settings will not allow this, does anyone know what I can do to rectify this. Many thanks.

Go to tools.

then to your internet settings options

and then, adjust your security and privacy settings

you may also have to check your firewall.

I would say change your security settings. If it's your firewall, i have no clue. Maybe the thing isn't really safe and it might give your computer a virus. If this has happened for all the things you've tried to download, again, change your security settings ( i would say default is a good level).
