People are going to tell you to have sex in a restaraunt... but I think you should hackey-sack. Its obnoxious and if you are bad at it then its even better. Oh, and wear athletic gear like you are serious about your hackey-sacking... get some knee pads and elbow pads and a hockey or a bike helmet.
And while you are doing this act autistic. If anyone touches you scream.

bring in a boom box and crank up some rap metal, then dance on the table and throw your water glasses at the waiters and then squirt catsup all over the place. If that doesnt work try to jump up and hang from a light fixture and start swinging as far as you can and make tarzan noises.
P.S. I've only had to go to step 2 a couple of times.

refuse to pay the bill for a small soda or something (otherwise they might call the Police) and behave shamelessly: the restaurant has its reputation to protect so you'll be politely escorted outside and kicked out for good

,to get threw out of a cafe is to barp on the waiter throw your food at the other customers. start singing some old foolish meanless song and talk to a dog that is,t with you. and pretend your superstar boxer..this should also get you arrested and some jail time..

take your clothes off,scream uncontrollably,smoke when its a non smoking restaurant,badger the other guest's,start a fire by lighting up your napkin,go to the bathroom right there by your table,go and lay down on the buffet/salad bar,start spitting everywhere,lol,will one of those work for ya?

hm... u can try eat like a pig... make a lot of noise, spill food every where and talk loudly.. disturb the waiter... ask him to turn on and off the air con every 5 mins...
just be as annoying as you can be.... be sure to pester others customers... tell them ur most boring life story in loud voice...

Blow your nose on the napkin, do a huge fart then lean over to the closest table and try their food and drink.
If they don't throw you out after that, light a ciggarette, that will do it.
