As has been pointed out, dropsy is usually fatal once you can see symptoms and is easily transmitted once a fish dies from it. The best thing to do is to remove any fish showing symptons and euthanize those fish. Then treat the tank with a strong, broad spectrum antibiotic. Trisulfa is good as is Furanace, or the combination of Marycn and Marycn 2. There are of course others, but these are the ones you are most likely to fine in pet stores. Feeding medicated foods is also a good idea. I would do that in addition to the other treatment personally. You can either mix your own or purchase medicated food intended to treat bacterial infections. Best of luck.

Dropsy is caused by organ failure, and generally it's fatal 99% of the time. You should test your water for ammonia, and nitrates. As well as treating your tank with a broad spectrum antibiotic like trisulfa. (broad spectrum = treats both gram +, and - bateria) This may save the rest of your fish.
